Celebration of the India-Lithuania Friendship Award Ceremony at Rusne.

The India-Lithuania friendship award ceremony was held at the Mahatma Gandhi-Kallenbach monument at Rusne on July 22, 2023, followed by a public discussion on India with travel journalist Vytaras Redzevicius and music interventions by the Indian classical music duo of Kriste Elena Slaje and Adomas Simkunas. The award ceremony was attended by Charge d' Affaires Mr. Subrata Maity, the Ambassador of Lithuania to India, H.E. Diana Mickeviciene, Ambassador of the United Kingdom in Lithuania H.E. Brian Olley, Ambassador of Israel in Lithuania H.E Hadas Wittenberg Silverstein, Ambassador of Lithuania to the Czech Republic H.E. Laimonas Talat-Kelpša and Mayor of Šilutė district Mr. Vytautas Laurinaitis.
