Open House Announcement

OPEN HOUSE TO ADDRESS COMPLAINTS/GRIEVANCES RELATING TO Passport and other Consular Services 

The Embassy of India, Vilnius, is committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring efficient service delivery. To facilitate this, we are pleased to announce an “Open House” session every fortnight starting from May 2024. This initiative is designed to resolve grievances related to Consular services, including Passports and other Miscellaneous Consular services.

Open House Schedule:
- First & Third Wednesday of every month: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

In the event these dates fall on a holiday, the Open House will be held on the next working day.
During these sessions, we will address all complaints and grievances pertaining to Consular services. We encourage applicants to attend in person and bring all relevant documents, including the fee receipt if the consular fee has been paid. Your presence and participation are important to improving our services. We look forward to assisting you and addressing your concerns effectively.
