Consular Camp

General Information

As part of the “Embassy @ Your Doorstep” initiative, the Embassy of India, Vilnius, has been holding Consular Facilitation Camps at different locations. The location of upcoming camps may be checked on our social media channels.

Important points to note for attending any consular camp:

- Submit your application and pay the fees online.
- Consular fees will be accepted online only.
- Bring a printout of the application, payment receipt, and all other documents as per the checklist on the website.
- Consular queries will also be addressed at the camp.

The following consular services are provided at the camp site:

Passport Services

Applicants must complete the online application form on the Government of India passport portal [https://portal4.passportindia.gov.in/Online/welcomeLink](https://portal4.passportindia.gov.in/Online/welcomeLink) and note down the ARN or File No. Once filled, take a printout of the completed application. Please bring the completed application printout along with supporting documents (as per the checklist available on the website). These can be submitted to embassy officials present at the camp.

Miscellaneous Consular Services (Power of Attorney, etc.)

Miscellaneous Consular Services such as Power of Attorney, Attestation, etc. will be provided directly by the Consulate Officer at the camp site. Miscellaneous Consular Services will be processed and delivered at the camp site itself. Applicants must complete the application form and bring it along with supporting documents.
