Attestation copy of Indian passport, as per Indian Passport certificate, or any other Miscellaneous certificate based on Indian Passport..

This service is rendered as per the requirements of an applicant who holds a valid Indian passport.

Documents Required:

  1. Miscellaneous Application Form duly filled in and signed by the applicant.
  2. 1 Photograph 2”x2”.
  3. Valid passport in original and self-attested copies of the first two and last two pages of the passport and the page(s) containing passport officer’s observations (if any).
  4. Proof of Residence: Any of the following self-attested documents viz. copy of utility bill (landline telephone bill/electricity bill/gas bill/water bill) or Driving License or lease deed (of residence) etc., where the applicant’s Lithuanian address is mentioned, should be provided.
  5. Visa Status: Self-attested copy of the passport page/ Lithuanian Residence Permit Card showing the visa status should be enclosed.
  6. Fees: Euro 10 + Euro 2 (ICWF) Please make separate payments for Consular Fees and Consular Surcharge/ICWF using the following bank details and provide two separate receipts; one for Consular Fees and another for Consular Surcharge/ICWF.

Note: The full name of the applicant and the service applied for must be displayed on the printed receipt and cannot be added by hand.

  1. Processing Time: If applied in person, the same day. If applied by post, minimum 3 to 5 working days (excluding the date of submission of the application and date of dispatch of original and processed documents) subject to the application being complete in all respects.

Please Note:
- Original documents provided will have to be submitted along with the photocopies; the same shall be returned to the applicants once the process is over.
- The above are mandatory requirements. The applicant may be advised to submit some more documents after scrutiny of the application and documents by the Embassy, on a case-to-case basis.
- If there is more than one document that needs to be attested, the fee should be paid accordingly. Fees once tendered are non–refundable.
