Re-issuance of International Driving Permit (IDP)

- Applicants are required to apply for the renewal of the International Driving Permit (IDP) through www.parvahan.gov.in and upload the necessary documents. The renewed IDP will be dispatched directly to the applicant's address after the verification process.
- Postal service for renewing the International Driving Permit.
- Send the application by post (Special Delivery/Registered Post) to the Embassy.

Documents Required:
a. Miscellaneous Service form duly signed with one passport-sized photograph.
b. One recent passport-size photograph affixed on the form.
c. Self-attested photocopies of the first two and last two pages of the passport and pages containing officers' observations.
d. Self-attested photocopy of the International Driving Permit.
e. Self-addressed special delivery envelope with postage stamps/return courier receipt for document return.
f. Proof of Residence: Self-attested copy of utility bill, Driving License, lease deed, etc., with the Lithuanian address.
g. Visa Status: Self-attested copy of passport page/Valid TRP showing the visa status.
h. Fees: Euro 20 + Euro 2 (ICWF)

- Applicants must apply for IDP renewal through www.parvahan.gov.in and upload necessary documents. The issued IDP will be couriered directly to the applicant's address after verification.
- If there is more than one document, the fee should be paid accordingly. Fees once tendered are non–refundable.
