Attestation of Commercial Documents/Company Documents duly apostilled/legalized by the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Embassy shall attest commercial/company documents only if the company in question is incorporated in Lithuania and if these documents are required to be presented before authorities in INDIA.

 Documents Required:

  1. Miscellaneous Application Form duly filled in and signed by the applicant/representative of the company.
  2. 1 Photograph 2”x2”
  3. A request letter for the service on the Company Letter Head with the seal of the company stamped on the Company Letter Head. The request letter should be duly signed by one of the Directors of the Company and should be accompanied by a copy of the incorporation certificate in respect of the company, legalized/Apostilled from the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  4. The document(s) to be attested in the original along with a self-attested photocopy of the original document(s). All commercial/company documents issued in Lithuania that require attestation should be duly legalized/Apostilled from the Lithuania Ministry of Foreign Affairs, individually.
  5. The commercial/company documents should be submitted along with the valid original passport and self-attested copies of the passport pages containing personal particulars of one of the Directors of the Company. If due to any reason, the original passport cannot be submitted, duly notarized copies of the passport pages containing personal particulars of one of the Directors of the Company should be submitted.
  6. Fees: Euro 42 + Euro 2 (ICWF)

 

Please make separate payments for Consular Fees and Consular Surcharge/ICWF using the following bank details and provide two separate receipts; one for Consular Fees and another for Consular Surcharge/ICWF.

 Note: The full name of the applicant and the service applied for must be displayed on the printed receipt and cannot be added by hand. The fee is for each signature and stamp of the Consular Officer. Please Note: All fees once tendered are non–refundable.

Please Note:
- All documents issued by an Indian government authority, the original document(s) (duly attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, or by any of the MEA’s authorized Branch Secretariats in India) to be counter-attested along with a self-attested photocopy of the original document(s).
- All documents issued by a foreign government or organization need to be Legalized/Apostilled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lithuania.
- Original documents provided will have to be submitted along with the photocopies; the same shall be returned to the applicants once the process is over. The document that needs to be attested needs to be individually apostilled.
- The above are mandatory requirements. The applicant may be advised to submit some more documents, after scrutiny of the application and documents by the Embassy, on a case-to-case basis.
- If there is more than one document that needs to be attested, the fee should be paid accordingly. Fees once tendered are non–refundable.
