Overview:

- NAC confirms that the applicant has not acquired Indian nationality.

Documents Required:

a. Miscellaneous services form filled by both parents with recent photographs.
b. Application form for Non-Acquisition of Nationality Certificate filled with full particulars of Child, Father, and Mother.
c. Original Birth Registration Certificate from Lithuanian Registrar Office & photocopy.
d. Valid original passports of both parents & photocopies of the first (Bio Page) and last page (address page) of both passports.
- At least one parent’s passport must be valid to apply for NAC.
- If one parent’s passport is not valid, a copy of the expired passport must be submitted.
- If any parent does not have a physical passport for verification but has only a copy of the passport, an affidavit is required.
- If both parents' passports are lost/not traceable, no service will be provided.
e. Affidavit for passport with the Home Office or Lost (if applicable).
f. Original Marriage Certificate and photocopy.
- In case of no Marriage Certificate or the child born out of wedlock, an affidavit is required.
g. Original Address proof & photocopies (any utility bill, Driving license).
h. Fees: Euro 46 + Euro 2 (ICWF)
- Attestation of Sworn Affidavit: Euro 19 + Euro 2 (ICWF)
